| Whether you are interested in golf, bridge, dining or
member events, Crown Colony Golf & Country Club has a
membership that is right for you and your family. Crown
Colony is a true country club experience where members
gather season after season to enjoy the camaraderie of
fellow club members. |

| We extend a warm welcome and a standing invitation to
visit the club and experience our warm and friendly
surrounds first hand. The club offers memberships to
residents and non-residents of the Crown Colony community. |

| Members of Crown Colony Golf & Country Club enjoy: |

- 18-hole championship par 72 course complete with
practice range, putting and chipping area

- “Right to Use” non-equity facility offering 100%
refund of deposit

| Crown Colony members enjoy the privilege of
participating in reciprocal programs with other outstanding
clubs in Southwest Florida, May through October. The
reciprocal program provides an exceptional value to the
members and a great opportunity for members to add variety
to their golf game. |

| MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES IN CROWN COLONY |

| Resident & Non-Resident Full Golf Membership |
| Full Golf Membership entitles residents and
non-residents of Crown Colony to use of the golf and social
facilities of the club. Full Golf Members pay cart fees
only. Members are permitted to reserve golf starting times
14 days in advance. Full Golf Members also have the priority
to participate in any club sponsored golf tournaments and
other golf and social events. Full Golf Members also have
priority for use of lockers and golf bag storage on a space
available basis upon payment of the applicable fees. |

| Sports Golf Membership |
| Sports Golf Membership is available to residents and
non-residents of Crown Colony and permits use of the golf
facilities a total of four times per month during the months
of January, February, March and April and unlimited play May
through December with the payment of a green fee and cart
fee. Sports Golf Members are permitted to reserve golf
starting times 7 days in advance. Use of the practice
facilities is limited to use immediately before or after a
round of golf or in connection with a scheduled golf lesson.
Golf bag storage and lockers are available only after
priority is given to Full Golf Members with the payment of
applicable fees. |

| Social Membership |
| A Social Membership is only available to persons who own
a residence in Crown Colony and allows the use of Social
Facilities and to attend club-sponsored social events. |
